Abstract：Objective To standardize the management of wards,improve the efficiency of nurses,and ensure the quality and safety of nursing.Methods From January 2016 to February 2017,100 nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the research group according to different nursing management intervention methods,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management measures,and the research group was given 5S management intervention.The five constant quality control examination score and the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of the workers were compared before and after the two groups of management.Results There was no significant difference in the quality control between the two groups before the implementation of the management intervention(P＞0.05).After the implementation of the management intervention,the two groups of quality control scores were improved,and the research group was higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference in the quality control between the two groups after the implementation of the management intervention(P＜0.05）.The difference of the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of the two groups of workers before the implementation of the management intervention was not statistically significant(P＞0.05）.After the implementation of the management intervention,the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of workers in the research group(92.00%)was which was greatly improved,the difference of the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of the works between the two groups after the implementation of the management intervention was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of 5S can guarantee the quality and safety of nursing.
